Question: How to apply for the authentication of HKeacc?

Answer: You can apply for it at the appointed training centers, taking along three 1passport sized colored photos(blue based), ID card, educational certificate copies and related working reference.

Question:Which kinds of Certificates or Diplomas can HKeacc authentication?

Answer:HKeacc providing academic certificate authentication for public university and private university .Every university, no matter private or public, has the right to choose an authenticate organization to approve the diploma they issued, other authenticate organizations have no right to interfere in their decisions.

Since HKeacc founded, it has provide academic certificate authentications for dozens of various kinds of universities and profe-ssional colleges.

Question:Graduation diplomas and degree certificates: their associations and differences?

Answer:When a college or university student or a postgraduate has graduated, they are conferred upon degree certificates as well as graduation diplomas. As there are no degrees available for
vocational training courses, their graduates get only graduation diplomas, not degree
certificates. Academic degree certificates are different from diplomas. You can apply for degrees.
Degree certificate holders do not necessarily have graduation diplomas, i.e., they may not be
have been conferred on a diploma, while graduation diploma holders are not necessarily
qualified for a degree certificate. As far as their content is concerned, the degree certificate

Many factors persuade and reveal the quality of education. HKeacc reviews the effectiveness of an institution¡¯s educational programs by evaluating the infrastructure that supports the delivery of programs as well as educational results, including student achievement.
Eligibility:
To be eligible for HKeacc accreditation, an institution must be legally established, licensed by the state or government. To demonstrate financial stability, the school must have been in continuous operation for a minimum of 2 year prior to application for accreditation and have graduated at least one class of students from its longest program.
The institute should submit Self Evaluation Report, The SER includes questions related to all phases of an institution¡¯s operation.
